What delivery methods are available?
Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.

How can I pay for my order?
You can choose from several payment methods offering maximum security.
You can pay :
- By credit card online
(secure SSL payment; cards bearing the initials Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard). You will be asked to enter your card number and expiry date directly in the field provided (secure entry via encryption). Your card will be debited when you place your order. - By direct debit Subscription, all bank charges to be borne by the applicant.
- By cheque in euros,Payment by cheque is not accepted as the collection fees are prohibitive. The bank charges between €13 and €15. Any cheque received is automatically destroyed. We recommend payment by VISA or Mastercard, or bank transfer, which does not incur any charges. Payment by card is immediate and your order is dispatched within 24 hours (if all products are in stock). Bank transfer usually takes 2 to 3 days for bank-to-bank transfer.
Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, our sales department is available Monday to Friday between 8.15am and 5.15pm. Our teams will help you order your natural food supplements.

Do I have to register to order?
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our site.
However, registering allows you to view your order history. It also saves you time for future orders (saving your contact details and/or payment method).

Where can I find my invoice?
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached. Your invoice is also available in your account under "Invoice".
I have a coupon code. How can I use it?
To use your coupon code, simply enter it in the appropriate field on the Shopping Cart or Checkout page.
The product(s) I ordered do not suit me?
The customer has a period of 14 working days to return unsuitable products at his own expense. This period runs from the day the order is delivered to the customer. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The product must be returned to Santi-shop in its original packaging and the product must not have been unsealed or opened, in order for the customer to benefit from the right of withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer may request reimbursement of the sums paid, subject to the products being reshipped at the customer's expense. This reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days following the exercise of this right.
